These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Raccolta Ltd governing your use of raccolta(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use raccolta. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time from your Privacy & data settings.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• post content that is harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise harmful;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• collect or scrape other users’ data, or use the Service to send spam;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its security features;
• use the Service to organise unlawful, dangerous or fraudulent activities.

You retain ownership of the content you post (events, photos, messages, profile information). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights necessary to post it.

We use automated and human content moderation and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

raccolta is a platform that lets users organise and join events. We do not host, run, supervise or vet events, organisers or participants, and we are not a party to any arrangement between users.

You participate in events at your own risk. Sport and physical activities carry inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and safety, for any equipment and insurance you need, and for your conduct toward others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in or organisation of an event.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Raccolta Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

The Service integrates third-party services (such as sign-in, maps and advertising). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raccolta Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Raccolta Ltd harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of [COUNTRY] will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
